What is the total delivery time for my order?

All Local (Gibraltar) orders are processed and dispatched on the same day,

  • Same day local delivery: Orders must be placed before 20:30 Monday to Saturday or 20:00 on Sunday & Bank Holidays - Unless stated otherwise on our website. 

International orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding public holidays or weekends.

The estimated delivery time of your order depends on the shipping method that you choose during checkout.

  • International Tracked Shipping - Typically 4-7 days.
    • Note: US and Canada can experience longer delivery time.
  • International Untracked - Typically 4-6 days
    • If you select untracked shipping and the parcel goes missing or the parcel is lost during shipment. You will not be able to claim on the parcel contents or the shipping cost for that parcel. Use the untracked shipping method at your own risk.
    • As from 14th June 2023, we will no longer offer un-tracked shipping, this is due to Royal Mail postal issues which intern reflects negatively on our Company and Brand.   

Delays might occur during peak season, or due to adverse weather.

Which locations do you deliver to?

We ship orders worldwide, including Gibraltar, Spain, United Kingdom, United States, Canada and selected counties within Europe.

What locations are eligible for same-day delivery?

Same day delivery is ONLY available for Gibraltar customers. Make sure to select Local Delivery option at the time of check out.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive email notifications from time to time. You may also track your order status on our order tracking page.

What should I do if the tracking number I receive is not working?

We ensure our delivery alerts help you stay on top of orders. If the tracking number does not work, we recommend you try tracking with order number. Alternatively, you may contact our customer service team.

What can I do if I don’t receive my order?

If you don’t receive your order at the estimated time, it could mean either your order is delayed or is lost. You may contact our support team to know the exact location of your order.

If you suspect that your tracked international orders is lost, please ensure that you report this to us within 20 days, we will then open an investigation with our shipping partners to locate the package. 

How can I return the item?

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges on any items. This policy is maintained to ensure we keep the highest possible heath and safety standards on all food products. 

My order has now arrived, but I am missing an Item?

If you discover that an item is missing in your order, please contact us immediately:

  • Local orders should notify us of missing items within 1 hour. 
  • International orders should notify us within 12 hours. 

Note: We do pack multiple items within the same bag, please ensure you check all bags thoroughly. We maintain photo logs and packaging location of our orders.
